Cody Hooven coordinates sustainability policy and planning and policy for the 8th largest city in the country, San Diego. She is exploring how transportation, green buildings, renewable energy, and climate resilience are included in the City’s approach to sustainable communities. Her role also includes engaging business in win-win solutions for sustainability. She is a founding member of the San Diego Regional Climate Collaborative and Board Member of the San Diego Leadership Alliance. Ms. Hooven has a bachelors from the University of Hawaii and a Masters from the UCSD Scripps Institution of Oceanography.
