Lincoln Bleveans is a 20-year veteran of the global power industry, with a successful track record across the industry value chain and around the world. His development, asset management, acquisiton and divisture, and troubled project experience includes coal-fired projects in China, natural gas-fired projects in Colombia, Vietnam and Tunisia, naptha in India, fuel oil in Central America, and natural gas and renewables in the US.
He is now on the other side of the table, so to speak, at Burbank Water and Power, a progressive vertically integrated municipal utility in Southern California, where his responsibilities include long-term power and natural gas procurement, wholesale trading, transmission, and renewable integration opportunities like energy storage.
